| ENTRY::
Entry is $180 for a team of two ($90 per person).
The entry fee includes a goody bag, end of race BBQ, safety marshalling, toilets, and a great day out.
You will receive entry confirmation via email when you enter
the event online. Final event information will be available
for download from the website approximately two weeks before
the event.
Entry is limited to 300 teams of two (male, female or mixed). Entries will close once this limit is reached. Get in early to avoid disappointment.

Entry Deadline:
Unless the event is already full, entries close the Wednesday before the event.
Maximum Adventure Shirts & Caps:
The shirts are made from Cool Dry fabric and are light blue with dark blue side panels. The material is quick drying, breathable, moisture wicking and provides UV protection making it perfect for training or racing. They are available in men’s sizes S-XL and women’s sizes 8-14 and are only $40 each.
The caps are white and are made from a sports specific polymesh fabric. These lightweight caps are great for running and paddling. Machine washable they protect you from the sun while keeping you cool. Only $15 each with an adjustable strap one size fits all. Pre-order both of these items when entering online.
Insurance:
Maximum Adventure is covered by its own public liability insurance. This does not include personal accident insurance. It is strongly recommended to take out your own personal accident and ambulance cover for the event. Your private health insurance policy may include this, but you will need to check with them.
All competitors will be required to sign a release and indemnity at race registration.
Refunds:
Entry cancellations can be made up to two weeks before the event date when a refund (less 20% administration fee) will be made. Refunds will not be given after this date. Please send requests for refund in writing to megan@maxadventure.com.au. If the event has to be cancelled due to weather conditions, natural disaster, acts of god, terrorism, war or any other reason so deemed by the organisers, the event will be rescheduled where possible and no refunds will be issued. All withdrawals must be confirmed in writing before a refund will be issued. |
