Supporting the Australian Red Cross

For the second year running, the Australian Red Cross will be the official charity partner for the Urban Max Adventure Series in Brisbane, Perth and Sydney. By raising money for the Red Cross through the event, you will help improve the lives of vulnerable people in disadvantaged communities around Australia and the Asia Pacific region. The Red Cross provides relief in times of crisis, on the other side of the world when disaster strikes or at home when a personal situation seems insurmountable. Red Cross is there for people in need, no matter who they are, no matter where they live.

How can I support the Red Cross?

1. Red Cross Fundraising Entry
   Maximum Adventure is offering a discounted entry fee of $140 per team for the Brisbane, Perth and Sydney Urban Max. This is a "Red Cross Fundraising Entry" and if you decide to take advantage of the discounted rate, your team will pledge to raise a minimum of $200 in support of the Australian Red Cross.
   You have to visit the Everyday Hero Website and create your very own fundraising page.
   
   Please Note: The $200 minimum must be raised by race day and will be verified by Red Cross officials. If you haven't managed to raise the minimum of $200 by race day, you will be asked to pay the outstanding $40 as your entry will revert back to the standard $180 entry fee)
   
   
2. Fundraising through Everyday Hero
   If you don't believe you are up to the task of raising $200 or more, don't despair. You can still support the Red Cross by donating any amount you see fit or by visiting the Everyday Hero Website and creating your very own fundraising page. Get your friends and family to sponsor you as you prepare for the Urban Max challenge. They can even pledge a dollar value for every checkpoint you collect during the race.
