The Tough Bloke Challenge is first and foremost about taking part. It is not about fancy running gear and comparing your splits. Who cares if you beat the guy beside you by a minute?

The course is tough. It’s designed to challenge you. It’s not about winning - it’s about finishing. OK, so we’ll acknowledge category winners with a Tankard or Goblet as appropriate – that seems fair. There are no losers in this race. You are only racing yourself. Finishing is winning.

You've come to prove what you are capable of. So prove it!
