Tough Bloke Challenge Micro T-Shirt:

You can purchase a Tough Bloke Challenge micro t-shirt to commemorate your time at the event.

The Micro Short Sleeve T-Shirt is a revolutionary light yet durable micro-fibre which provides optimal temperature and moisture control, allowing skin to stay cool and dry even during extreme conditions. They have a record drying time of 20 minutes. The fabric has been constructed for optimal performance when digitally decorated.

Please note the t-shirts can only be pre-ordered before November 20th. Any orders after this date cannot be guarenteed to arrive before the event, but we will get them to you as soon as possible. There will be a limited number on sale at the event.

Final event information will be available for download two weeks before the event. The "final instructions" document will contain everything you need to know for Challenge day.

Entry Deadline:

There is a strict entry limit of 500 solo competitors and 20 corporate teams. The event is expected to sell out before the closing date on 3rd December 2008. Enter early to avoid disappointment.

Individual Categories:

The following categories are available for both men and women. Please note: all competitors must be 16 years or over on race day.

Open 16 – 29 yrs

Veteran 30 – 44 yrs

Masters 45+ yrs

Maximum Adventure Caps:

The caps are white and are made from a sports specific polymesh fabric. These lightweight caps are great for running and paddling. Machine washable they protect you from the sun while keeping you cool. Only $15 each with an adjustable strap one size fits all. Pre-order both of these items when entering online.

Insurance:

Maximum Adventure is covered by its own public liability insurance. This does not include personal accident insurance. It is strongly recommended to take out your own personal accident and ambulance cover for the event. Your private health insurance policy may include this, but you will need to check with them.

Refunds & Cancellations:

Entry cancellations can be made up to two weeks before the event date when a refund (less 20% administration fee) will be made. Refunds will not be given after this date. Please send requests for refund in writing to megan@maxadventure.com.au. If the event has to be cancelled due to weather conditions, natural disaster, acts of god, terrorism, war or any other reason so deemed by the organisers, the event will be rescheduled where possible and no refunds will be issued. All withdrawals must be confirmed in writing before a refund will be issued.
