How fit or skilled do I need to be?
The Go Natural Multi Sport is accessible to all fitness levels and skills with the correct preparation. If you haven't been on your bike, kayak or for a run lately, now is the time to get training. Suggested training would be about 30 minutes in each discipline per week and then build it up to one or two hours for each. Another option is called 'brick by brick' training where you might do a one hour paddle followed straight away by a one hour road ride. This style of training gets your body use to changing disciplines quickly. This way you won't shock your body on the event day.

How will I know where to go on the course?
The course will be marked with brightly coloured markers for easy guidance. Marshals will also be positioned at critical points along the road and water for extra guidance where it is needed. Please go to Course page for further details.
