Entry Deadline:
Entries are due two weeks before the event date. After this
date a late fee of $20 per person will apply. You may submit
a late entry up until 3 days prior to each race.

Teams of two - Male, Female and Mixed (teams must stay together - no relays).

Entry requirements:
All participants must:
- Be able to swim 100m
- Be compentent navigators
- Be fit and able to cope with the demands of the event
- Minimise their impact on the environment during the event and
respect other users of the land
- Accept responsibility for themselves and their belongings
- Be prepared to follow the rules and conditions sent out with final details

Maximum Adventure Shirts & Caps:
The shirts are made from Cool Dry fabric and are light blue with dark blue side panels. The material is quick drying, breathable, moisture wicking and provides UV protection making it perfect for training or racing. They are available in mens sizes S-XL and womens sizes 8-14 and are only $40 each.
The caps are white and are made from a sports specific polymesh fabric. These lightweight caps are great for running and paddling. Machine washable they protect you from the sun while keeping you cool. Only $15 each with an adjustable strap one size fits all. Pre-order both of these items when entering online.
Insurance:
Maximum Adventure has $10 million public liability insurance. This is compulsory in order to operate on public land.
This does not include personal accident insurance. It is strongly recommended to take out your own personal accident and ambulance cover for the event. Your private health insurance policy may include this, but you will need to check with them.
Refunds
& Cancellations:
Entry cancellations can be made up to two weeks before the
event date when a refund (less 20% administration fee) will
be made. Refunds will not be given after this date. Please send
requests for refund in writing to megan@maxadventure.com.au.
If the event has to be cancelled due to weather conditions,
natural disaster, acts of god, terrorism, war or any other reason
so deemed by the organisers, the event will be rescheduled where
possible and no refunds will be issued. All withdrawals must
be confirmed in writing before a refund will be issued. |
