Feeling hungry while staying at St Albans?
Dining is available at the following locations:
Fickle Wombat
The Fickle Wombat is a restaurant located in the village of
St. Albans. Similar to last year they will be putting on a special
dinner of chicken schnitzel, bread and all you can eat veggies
for $15. No need to pre-order, just go around to the Wombat
and place your order. Dinner will be served from 6pm on Saturday
night.
Settlers Arms Inn
Appropriately named, this is the third oldest pub in Australia
and a great location to get stuck into some real country food.
They've got a number of items on the menu ranging from $10 to
$23. They've also got the usual beers on tap for any last minute carbo loading!
Coffee Vans
Caffeine junkies take note - There will be two coffee vans stationed
in the village to take care of your coffee needs. They will
also have a variety of muffins, cakes, soft drinks and other
odds and ends for sale. Both coffee vans are open on Saturday
and before the race starts on Sunday morning. |
