Refunds & Cancellations:

Entry cancellations can be made up to two weeks before the event date, by writing to info@maxadventure.com.au, when a refund (less $20 administration fee) will be made. Refunds will not be given after this date.

In the event of an "act of god" (fire, flood etc) organisers will reschedule the race.

Wet Weather Back Up Date:

In order to protect the delicate track, if conditions warrant it (ie heavy rain is forecast for the event day or the track is waterlogged) the event will be postponed to a date to be determined in 2012. We will meet with the Rangers on Wednesday 7th September and make a decision if the event can proceed as scheduled. We will announce it on the event website and email all registered participants once a decision has been made.

Entry Transfers

Participants can transfer their entry to another person up until two weeks before the event date. Transfer requests will only be accepted from the current incumbent. Transfer requests must be done in writing to info@maxadventure.com.au. Please state your request to transfer your entry and provide the name and email address of the new person.
