Royal National Park
The Inov-8 Coastal Classic is a charity event with proceeds donated to the Royal National Park.
The money will be allocated to the maintenance and improvement of the Coast Track in Royal National Park. The Coast Track is an iconic bushwalk that attracts
large numbers of visitors, participating in a variety of activities such as bushwalking. The impact on the environment of this large number of users is
significant. With this in mind, the Royal National Park are about to embark on a major upgrade of the track to bring the Coast Track up to world class standard
and minimise the impact on the environment. Improvements are not only planned for the track, but also associated infrastructure such as campgrounds,
interpretative signage and safety improvements.
The event has raised over $19,000 for the maintenance and improvement of the Coast Track since its inception.
