The professionals at Cammeray Waters
are preparing a spread that will ensure all riders and supporters
are well fed before the event. There are two options
to choose from, BBQ or Buffet. Both can be pre-ordered when you
enter the event.
**Please note, although these items will be
available to purchase on the Saturday before the event, we ask
that you order them beforehand to allow for accurate catering
provisions.
Options
are as follows:
BBQ: $11 per person
Gourmet sausages, onions, hamburgers & salads
Buffet: $26 per person
Includes a main course, salad and dessert. Options are;
Main Course:
- Organic Vegetable and Lentil curry, brown rice
- Thai red chicken curry
- Beef & spinach lasagna
- Lamb tagine with chickpeas (cous cous, rice)
Salads:
- Greek salad
- Roasted potato & sweet potato salad
Orzo pasta salad with baked vegetables & fetta
Dessert:
- Lemon polenta cake with mascarpone cream
- Chocolate & almond cake
- Moist banana cake with cream cheese frosting
